It’s been a goal and dream of mine to work for C.A.S.A.!
As a former foster youth, I benefited immensely from having a, C.A.S.A./GAL. She helped me navigate the foster care system, mentored me, and advocated on my behalf. My C.A.S.A/GAL gave me a voice – but, taught me to use my voice – to advocate on my own behalf. My C.A.S.A./GAL is still a friend today.
I’ve had a diverse entrepreneurial background – serving in the vocational education field and non-profit ministry directed towards giving children and adults who’ve been victimized, hope and taking their power back. I am the current owner of a property management company locally.
My family and my faith are important to me. When I’m not working, my dog Gizmo (who I am obsessed with) – spends time with my mom at her senior care home – where Gizmo brings joy to the residents. Giving back to our most, at-risk populations are at my very core. The fact that I can bring Gizmo along, is a bonus!
Through my role at C.A.S.A, its my hope to recruit passionate volunteers who will give our youth their voice and hope for the future. CALL ME! Let’s change the world! One. Child. At. A. Time.
